The KIT Business Club, KIT’s technology transfer-oriented business network, welcomes PVA TePla AG as its newest member effective June 1, 2026. With PVA TePla AG, another technology specialist from Germany joins the KIT Business Club. Headquartered in Wettenberg, Hesse, the company is one of the leading providers of technologies and systems for sophisticated material and manufacturing processes. It is particularly active in the fields of vacuum and high-temperature technology as well as non-destructive quality testing, and serves markets including the semiconductor industry, energy and environmental technology, and aerospace. 

“By joining the KIT Business Club, PVA TePla AG aims to systematically expand its collaboration with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and further intensify its exchange with the research and development community. The focus is particularly on joint innovation projects, access to scientific expertise, and the early identification of technological trends,” said Dr.-Ing. With PVA TePla AG, the KIT Business Club is gaining another high-tech company that seeks to expand the potential of joint innovation efforts. The conditions for this are excellent, thanks to the broad areas of overlap in materials science, semiconductors, and microelectronics, as well as in the fields of manufacturing and mechanical engineering.
